Twenty somethings think differently and have vastly different ideas of what they want to live in when compared to the baby boomers,
They don’t want….
- A huge mortgage
- A huge home
- The hassle of a big garden
The younger generation of home buyers will be living differently from their parents.
A laptop or tablet will replace big screen TV’s, the phone will be used for music through Bluetooth speakers and doing away with big Hi-Fi units.
Big fridges won’t be needed – takeaways and home delivery will become the normal.
Double garages won’t be needed with the move to e-scooters cycles walking and public transport
Tiny homes providing only enough space as is needed without enormous mortgages should become popular and perhaps the way of the future.
