February was a hot month!

Looking back on February we can see that we had a great increase in property sales going from 70 - 92.

Seeing how good February was i was intrigued to look back further and compare just how well Marlborough is moving - Literally.

In 2018 the median house price was $420,000 and now we can expect a whopping $535,000!

The amount of days on the market has also halved being now only 32 days from 60.

Buyers are now having to act quickly and be prepared before coming to open homes ensuring they are ahead of the game and ready to make a offer as soon as they find the place they want to call home.
